Council of Homoeopathic Medicine, a statutory organisation under the deptt. Health and Family Welfare offers a certificate Course in Homoeopathic Pharmacy since 2022.

Availability of genuine medicines in homoeopathy is a single most important factor for the success of homoeopathic practice. The standardization of drugs and quality control are important factors to be considered in this regard. 'Good Manufacturing Practices ' for homoeopathic medicines have been notified. The popularity of homoeopathy is increasing day by day both in India and abroad. Hence there is a growing demand for qualified homoeopathic pharmacists in India for proper dispensing and manufacturing of standard homoeopathic medicines.
Keeping in view the huge job opportunities for homoeopathic pharmacists in our country the Council of homoeopathic Medicine has introduced this certificate course, the Council of Homoeopathic medicine has introduced this certificate course to produce such trained manpower. the course and curriculum is planned to provide more practical knowledge than theoretical one. Thus the Course is more jobs oriented.
the certificate course on Homoeopathic Pharmacy comprises a course of study consisting of the syllabus & Curriculum as prescribed by this Council. It is a course spread over a period of one year, both theoretical as well as practical training starting from June term which shall be undertaken in the different places run by the Central/State Govts./Local bodies and/or Voluntary Organizations such as different homoeopathy Pharmaceutical Centres for Centres for the Development and upliftment of Homoeopathy in General.
